QR Events

A complete event ticketing platform: the organiser creates an event, publishes a registration page and issues tickets; staff scan attendees at the door from a phone, even with no network.

  • HMAC-signed QR tickets validated atomically server-side — a ticket can only ever be redeemed once, even under simultaneous scans.
  • Per-category doors (VIP, press) and live attendance statistics.
  • Android scanning app built for network failure: local queue and automatic sync as soon as connectivity returns.
  • Multi-tenant throughout — per-organiser isolation, admin account approval, plan limits enforced server-side.
  • The whole system fits in Cloudflare's free tier: zero infrastructure cost at event scale.

Fintech · Wallet & banking microservices

AtlasPay

A payment platform built for the Moroccan market: a wallet (merchant QR payments, bill payment, mobile top-up, cardless cash withdrawal) and a bank (multi-currency accounts, cards, domestic and international transfers), with an admin backoffice and a customer portal.

  • Six .NET 10 services behind a single gateway; each service picks its database engine through configuration — SQL Server, SQLite, MongoDB or in-memory — without changing a line of business code.
  • Market rules enforced natively: wallet caps across the four identity-verification tiers (1,000 to 100,000 MAD), mod-97 checked account numbers, ISO 13616 IBAN.
  • Monetary integrity by design: reconciled double-entry ledger, saga with compensation, idempotency, internal endpoints closed by default and unreachable from outside.
  • 944 automated tests, plus a 65-assertion end-to-end scenario replayed in CI against a real stack (SQL Server, MongoDB, RabbitMQ).
  • Production hardening validated by a whitebox pentest — 18 findings resolved, HMAC-chained audit trail.

Desktop application · macOS & Windows

KTV

A desktop video player for macOS and Windows, rewritten from scratch after a first version hit a hard technical wall: its embedded video engine could not play multi-track MKV/HEVC containers.

  • A deliberate architecture call: the transcoding workaround broke seeking, duration and track selection. Moving to libmpv brought native playback, instant seeking, and removed an entire family of bugs.
  • Session sharing through a local HLS relay and a bundled encrypted tunnel: one connection to the source feeds several screens.
  • End-to-end encrypted cross-device sync — the relay server cannot read the data it carries.
  • Three languages including right-to-left Arabic, light and dark themes, self-installing in-app updates, automated macOS and Windows build pipeline.
